What Happened
A player from Japan says they placed in three Lucky Block slot tournaments in autumn 2023 but received no prize. They say the casino raised the minimum bet mid-season without updating its terms, so their low-stake play was not counted, and that in the 21 October event they hit a 1000x multiplier yet were left off the leaderboard. Lucky Block said the player never made the winners' list, that a prize email was sent in error, and offered 25 free spins.
How It Developed
- 2023-11-24A resolver invited the casino to respond. The casino first replied on 11 December.
- 2023-12-15Lucky Block offered 25 free spins for the error email, saying the player placed 14th on the 21 October weekend. The player asked for the leaderboard and a cash prize instead.
- 2023-12-28The mediator called changing rules mid-tournament highly unfair and asked for the player's full betting history.
- 2024-01-12The mediator reviewed bets from 30 September to 8 October and found no multiplier above 193x, not enough to rank. The 1000x screenshot from the later event was accepted.
- 2024-01-24The casino clarified that a 1000x result placed 16th, which carried a free-spins prize. The player insisted they had seen themselves 8th, worth about 150 euros, but had no screenshot.
- 2024-02-06The case was closed as unresolved, uncertain: the player's evidence was thin, but the casino's was questionable too. The Curaçao licence body was suggested.
Unresolved
Neither side could prove the player's true rank; the mediator found the casino's records questionable too. No money is held.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Screenshots of the live leaderboard would have decided this; the player had none and the casino had taken the page down. If you enter a tournament, capture the rules and the standings as you go.
