Lucky Block: Self-Exclusion Failures

One case on file. A player says they asked Lucky Block on 3 June 2024 to close their account for good because of a gambling problem, but it stayed open.

They noticed only after sending the request again, having lost about €450 in Litecoin that week, and want those deposits back. Lucky Block says its earliest closure request on record is from 17 August 2025, and the player disputes this.
