A German player says mBit paid a first win of about $2,000 without questions, then closed the account after a far bigger win, citing rules on multiple accounts and bonus play. mBit said the player had opened more than a dozen accounts to collect bonuses.

The mediator reviewed both sides' evidence, which the player never saw, and also counted deposits routed through middleman addresses and a broker platform against the player.
