Mega Dice: Bonus Disputes

One case on file. A Canadian player says Mega Dice removed about $3,000 in free-spin winnings because some early bets went over the $5 maximum, though a pop-up had promised they could keep them if they lowered their stakes.

The bet log settled the max-bet point against the player. The player then asked about the weekly net-loss cashback, which they say was refused as if they were in profit.

Mega Dice stopped replying when the mediator asked how it worked that out.

• Check the maximum bet before your first spin with bonus money.
• Screenshot any pop-up promise about bonus rules.
• Ask the casino in writing how it worked out your weekly cashback.
