Metaspins: Bonus Disputes

Two cases on file about Metaspins bonuses. In one, Metaspins took away a player's rakeback and rank-up bonuses.

The player says support told them more deposits and play would bring the rewards back, so they kept going for months and lost a lot. The mediator found Metaspins may bar a player from bonuses under its terms.

In the other, Metaspins closed an account and removed about $7,400 won with a welcome bonus, after asking how the player knew three other email addresses.

• Get any promise that more play will lift a bonus ban in writing, with clear targets, before you deposit more.
• Keep one account and one email address per casino — a link to other accounts ended one case.
