Crypto Casino Complaints / MetaWin / Account Blocked
Neither case has ended in the player's favour; 2 ended unresolved.
Two cases on file where MetaWin blocked or closed an account with money inside. A player who signs in with a crypto wallet says they were locked out with about $38,000 in the balance, and support sent only automated replies.
Another says MetaWin closed their account after a winning blackjack session and kept 400 USDC; an agent said management made the call and couldn't discuss why. MetaWin didn't reply on the page in either case.
