What Happened
A player says MetaWin closed their account and kept 400 USDC after a winning blackjack session. A withdrawal of the full balance did not go through, and live chat said the account was under review. On 14 March another agent said management had closed the account and that they could not see or discuss the reasons. The player says they broke no rules.
How It Developed
- The withdrawal failed, and support said the account was being reviewed.

- Complaint opened. The player asked for access back to prove the balance, or a manual payout to a crypto wallet, plus an explanation.
- The mediator asked MetaWin for an update and warned that silence would close the case as unresolved and lower its rating. No reply from MetaWin appears.
