MetaWin: Withdrawal Issues

Two cases on file where money couldn't leave MetaWin. A player says a withdrawal of their full 400 USDC balance didn't go through after a winning blackjack session; chat said the account was under review, and it was later closed.

Another player says they were locked out of their wallet-login account with about $38,000 inside and no payout. MetaWin didn't reply on the page in either case.

• Save screenshots of your balance and pending withdrawals early.
• Keep every chat where support says your account is under review.
