Rainbet: Bet Settlement

One case on file, from September 2026. A player from Turkey says Rainbet closed their account for good and kept $3,018 over multiple accounts, which they deny.

They had passed Level 4 KYC, bet only on sports with no bonuses, and say they once withdrew $20,000 without trouble. Compliance didn't reply to two days of emails.

The mediator said it couldn't fairly judge a closure tied to sports betting and dropped the case without calling it justified or not.

• Take a sportsbook closure to the casino's licensing authority or an ADR body, which can ask for the betting logs.
• Keep your bet history and past withdrawal records as proof of normal play.
