Crypto Casino Complaints / Rainbet
15 cases on file · $1,494 in dispute
We have 15 cases on file for Rainbet, from Casino.guru and AskGamblers, opened from March 2025 to October 2026. None of them has ended in the player's favour.
The most common story, in 7 cases, is an account locked or closed with money inside, often after the player had passed verification. Rainbet cited linked accounts, bonus abuse, forged documents or suspicious activity. In two cases from Ireland, €12,000 and €4,389, the mediator said a shared IP address alone proves nothing and found Rainbet's evidence insufficient, but the casino kept the money.
Five cases are about gambling harm. Players say Rainbet's tool starts with a 24-hour break that has to be extended, rather than a permanent block. In a 2025 UK case, the mediator called this unfit for addicted players, but Rainbet refused to refund about £1,500. Two other players stopped answering before sending their requests.
In short: in the three cases where the mediator sided with the player, Rainbet didn't pay.
