Rakebit: Bonus Disputes

Two cases on file about Rakebit bonuses. A player from the Netherlands says Rakebit has cut wins several times under a maximum win limit they say was never made clear, most recently $659 from 50 free spins cut to $21.

That case is still open, and the player says they have since taken a $300 bonus and closed the account. A player from Nigeria took a deposit bonus, lost it, won about $50 from their own balance and was suspended.

The mediator accepted Rakebit's private evidence of a second account with bonuses claimed on both.

• Check the maximum win on free spins and bonuses before you play them.
• Make sure nobody else in your home has a Rakebit account before you claim a bonus — duplicate accounts are penalised even by mistake.
• Screenshot the bonus round and your balance if a game crashes mid-round.
