Crypto Casino Complaints / Rakebit
20 cases on file · $8,394 in dispute
We have 20 cases on file for Rakebit, from Casino.guru and AskGamblers, filed between April and October 2026. 7 are still open.
The biggest pattern is an account blocked right after a withdrawal request. Players say the email cited anti-fraud rules and listed many possible breaches, from collusion to multiple accounts, without naming theirs. Several say they were never asked for KYC. In three rejected cases, the mediator sided with Rakebit after seeing evidence it shared privately.
7 cases are about gambling harm. Players say they asked for their account to be closed for good and were offered a short break, or bonuses from a VIP manager, instead. In one, Rakebit refunded €884.86 in net losses.
4 are crypto deposits that didn't show up, such as coins sent without an XRP tag or through a bridge. After the complaints, Rakebit credited the coins, or says it did, in three.
In short: missing deposits were usually fixed once a mediator asked, but account blocks came with no named reason, and closure requests were often met with breaks and bonuses.
