What Happened
A player from Nigeria says they deposited $20 in SOL at Rakebit on 13 May, took one of the deposit bonuses the casino had been emailing them for a year, lost the bonus funds, then won about $50 from their own balance on a slot and asked to withdraw it. They say it was suspended the next day for a breach support could not name. Rakebit told the mediator the account was restricted after an internal investigation and emailed its evidence; the mediator later said it showed a second account with bonuses on both.
How It Developed
- 2026-06-14Complaint opened; the player said they had one account, no bonus misuse, and wanted the rule they broke spelled out.
- 2026-06-24A resolver invited Rakebit, which replied the same day that it had evidence of rule breaches and had emailed it.
- 2026-06-26The player pressed the casino publicly to name the rule and offered to open their bet history; the casino sent more detail to the mediator privately.
- 2026-07-04The mediator asked the casino for further material, which came three days later.
- 2026-07-07The mediator found multiple accounts tied to the player's activity with bonuses claimed on each, and rejected the complaint.
Rejected
The mediator accepted Rakebit's private evidence of a second account with bonuses claimed on both, so the $50 win stays with the casino.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing helped the player; the casino never named the rule publicly and the mediator decided on private evidence. Casino.guru's position is that duplicate accounts are penalised even when the second account was an honest mistake or belongs to a family member, so check with the casino first if anyone else in your home has signed up.
