Roobet: Deposit Issues

Two cases on file about Indian rupee deposits that left the player's bank but didn't reach the Roobet balance.

A ₹2,000 UPI deposit was credited within days of a complaint that came with the bank's payment reference (the UTR number) and a bank statement. In the other, two payments worth ₹9,998.86 in all were never credited.

The mediator accepted Roobet's check that the money never reached its payment provider, and said screenshots of a successful payment were not enough.

• Keep the UTR number, a bank statement and the casino's transaction ID together for every UPI deposit.
• Ask your bank for a formal trace naming the account that received the money — screenshots alone weren't enough.
