One case on file about a deposit. A player sent about $413 by mistake to one of Shuffle's hot wallets instead of their own deposit address, and asked Shuffle to credit it.

They say support went quiet even after they sent every proof asked for. The mediator treats a transfer to the wrong wallet as the player's own responsibility, so it didn't ask Shuffle to credit the money.
