What Happened
A player from Finland says they sent about $413 by mistake to one of Shuffle's hot wallets instead of their own deposit address and asked the casino to credit it. They say support had gone quiet for more than three days even though they had sent every document and proof asked for.
How It Developed
- 2026-06-27Complaint opened asking Shuffle to credit the misdirected funds.
- 2026-06-29The mediator asked what went wrong during the deposit, whether earlier deposits had worked, and for the support chats; the player answered by email and confirmed previous deposits and withdrawals had been fine.
- 2026-07-03The mediator closed the case: money sent to the wrong address or wallet type does not enter the casino's deposit system, and getting the address right is the player's job, so Casino.guru would not ask Shuffle to credit it.
Rejected
The mediator treats a transfer to the wrong wallet as the player's responsibility and did not ask Shuffle to credit the $413.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing: Casino.guru will not push a casino over coins sent to the wrong address. Before sending, copy the deposit address from the cashier page itself and check the network, because recovery from a casino's hot wallet is at the casino's discretion only.
