Solcasino: Confiscated Winnings

One case on file, from November 2025. A player from Nepal says Solcasino banned their newer account a day after a KYC and AML check, with $99,937 inside, citing opposite betting across accounts.

The player admits running two accounts, linked to two Phantom wallets, to get round a $9,900 withdrawal limit, but denies betting both sides at baccarat. Solcasino never answered the mediator.

• Keep one account only; the mediator warned that a second account to beat a limit is a breach unless the casino agrees in writing.
• Take the case to the Tobique regulator if the casino doesn't answer the mediator.
