TrustDice: Account Blocked

3 cases on file where TrustDice blocked an account at withdrawal. A Cambodian player was blocked hours after a 2,300 USDT payout request, for multiple accounts.

They admitted sharing an office laptop with a colleague who played too, and the mediator sided with TrustDice. An Argentine player's long-standing account was suspended with about $900 inside over bonus abuse.

The mediator saw no clear proof, but TrustDice kept the balance and offered only net deposits back. A Spanish player blocked over a country ban got the net deposit back after the mediator found a mismatch between the English and Spanish terms.
