Vave: Game Fairness

One case on file, about slot winnings Vave kept. A player from Austria says Vave blocked their account on 1 July 2026, citing fraud, and kept a balance of more than €170,000 won on slots, deposits included.

When they asked what they had done, support only sent its general anti-fraud rules, the player says. Vave later mentioned a fault on the game provider's side, which the player says clashes with the fraud claim.

The mediator found Vave's evidence too thin to justify keeping the money, but the casino kept it.
