Whale.io: KYC & Verification

None of the 4 cases has ended in the player's favour; 2 ended unresolved and 2 are still open.

4 cases on file where Whale.io's checks held up money. Two players, one with 207.9 USDT and one with $36,128, say they sent ID, selfies, proof of address and wallet and funding papers, were promised a 72-hour review and heard nothing more.

Whale.io didn't reply on the page in either. In a third, Whale.io says its ID provider rejected a Level 2 check on AML grounds and it can't override that.

In the fourth, a player says they sent ID and source-of-funds papers after being blocked on their first deposit; Whale.io asked for that case to be reopened in September 2026.
