Wild.io: Bet Settlement

Two cases on file where Wild.io closed an account over a sportsbook rule and kept the winnings.

A player from Poland says the account was closed about two weeks after sign-up, fully verified with no bonus, and around 3,500 PLN kept; the casino's email pointed to a rule against group betting.

A player from Turkey says 452 USDT from three pre-match football bets was kept after a video call, under a clause on arbitrage or opposite betting, which they deny. Casino.guru declined both as sports-betting disputes it doesn't judge.

• Ask the casino in writing which sportsbook rule it applied, and keep the email.
