Crypto Casino Complaints / WSM Casino / Account Blocked
Neither case has ended in the player's favour; 1 was rejected and 1 ended with the money kept.
Two cases on file where WSM Casino closed an account with money inside. A Slovenian player was locked out after winning about $3,000 at blackjack and passing ID and address checks; the casino later cited card counting.
The mediator didn't accept that reason, but the casino wouldn't pay. A German player's account was closed, with about €500 kept, after a check found an earlier account they had blocked at their own request.
The mediator sided with the casino in that case.
