BC.Game: Game Fairness

Two cases on file about games not working as the player expected. In one, a player says BC.Game wiped their whole balance after a 24-minute bug in its Tower Legend game, including money from before the bug.

The mediator accepted BC.Game's private evidence of an unfair advantage, and the question of the earlier money was never answered in public. In the other, a player says $1 bets on the live game Funky Time went through as $100 bets.

BC.Game said its logs showed $100 bets and asked for a screen recording, which the player didn't have.

• Note the round ID and time, and save it from your game history, as soon as a bet looks wrong.
• Ask in writing for the casino's exact calculation if winnings are removed over a game bug, and keep your deposit history.
