What Happened
A player from India says BC.Game wiped their whole balance after a 24-minute bug in the Tower Legend game on 19 June. According to the player, the casino's own report put the bug profit below the balance, so a remainder of their own money was taken too. They asked for that remainder back and were willing to give up the bug winnings. BC.Game gave the mediator evidence privately, and the mediator sided with the casino.
How It Developed
- 2026-08-26Complaint opened. The player said they were a long-time daily player at VIP level 40, had been losing before the bug, and could not have known about it.
- 2026-08-27The mediator asked whether it happened once, whether the bets were in the game history and what BC.Game had said. The player sent the casino's report and asked for a full review of play before the bug, including the exact calculation.
- 2026-08-29The player added that they had deposited and lost a large sum on the same game earlier, so the balance was not built from the bug alone.
- 2026-09-02The mediator said BC.Game had shown that its reasons had been explained to the player several times and had supplied evidence that the winnings came from an unfair advantage. The complaint was rejected.
Rejected
The mediator accepted BC.Game's evidence that the Tower Legend winnings came from an unfair advantage; the balance stays confiscated.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
The player's main point, whether the part of the balance that predated the bug should come back, was never answered in public. If you are hit by a game-bug confiscation, ask the casino in writing for its exact calculation and keep your deposit history; those are the records a mediator needs to split bug winnings from your own money.
