Betpanda: Deposit Issues

Two cases on file where Betpanda said a crypto deposit couldn't be credited and promised a refund.

A player from Iceland says 0.12 ETH, confirmed on the blockchain, never showed up, and ten days later Betpanda still gave no transaction hash or date for the refund.

A player from British Columbia waited more than a week for a 753 USDT refund that even the priority chat team couldn't date. Both cases were marked resolved within four days of filing, though neither page shows the payment itself.

• Ask for the refund's transaction hash as soon as the casino says it is sending money back.
• Write down every refund promise with its date and ticket number.
• Give your return wallet address in writing and keep the deposit hash to hand.
