Bets.io: Account Blocked

7 cases on file where players say Bets.io blocked, closed or locked them out of an account.

Three came with claims of banned or prohibited strategies: $2 slot spins in one, raised bets at live blackjack, which Bets.io called card counting, in another, and a 141.89 USDT deduction in the third.

Two closures came after the player handed over KYC documents: $15,385 was kept in one, and the other, with a 60,000 ARS payout pending, is still open.

In one case, a player says the account was blocked after the first payouts; Bets.io said it never was, and the player got the whole balance out.

In the last, a player from Illinois says the account was disabled after a phone check failed, then stopped answering.

• Tell the casino up front if two people in one home play there, and never share a device or a payment method.
• Ask in writing for the exact rule and the bets involved if the casino cites a banned strategy.
• Keep the casino's email explaining a closure — it's the key evidence if you go further.
• Send the mediator a screenshot of the block message with your first reply.
