One player, who staked nearly the whole balance on most bets, says about 1,057 USDT was removed. Another says a $1,571 slot win was cancelled, though the rule Bets.io quoted bans strategies at table games.
In a third, Bets.io called raised bets at live blackjack card counting; the mediator asked it to pay the 1,350 XRP anyway, and it stopped replying. A fourth player posted a 141.89 USDT deduction notice and went quiet.
Bets.io also took 3,505 USDT over a max-bet rule in one case and kept $15,385 after KYC in another. One case is still open.
