BitStarz: Account Blocked

None of the 6 cases has ended in the player's favour; 5 were rejected and 1 ended unresolved.

6 cases on file where BitStarz closed an account with money inside. Three were never judged, because the closure was more than six months old when the complaint came in.

They include an $81,000 win on the casino's own slots and $6,850 kept from a player on the Isle of Man.

In the others, BitStarz pointed to a mismatch between sign-up details and documents, a VPN used from Spain, and, in a 2022 case, another account on the same IP that had taken the welcome bonus.

In that last one, the mediator could neither confirm nor rule out the link.
