Crypto Casino Complaints / BitStarz / Withdrawal Issues
None of the 4 cases has ended in the player's favour; 2 were rejected, 1 closed without a reply and 1 is still open.
4 cases on file where a BitStarz withdrawal didn't go through. Three stalled in extra checks that asked for a selfie next to a street sign or bus stop.
One player says a night-time photo was turned down; while the review dragged on, they gambled the €16,000 balance away, and the mediator had nothing to pursue.
A player from Austria was also asked for an ID selfie with a newspaper; the mediator found the sign-up details didn't match the documents. A player from Algeria says a $500 payout stayed blocked after the bus-stop selfie.
The newest, a crypto payout a player says never reached their wallet, is still open.
