What Happened
A player from Sweden says BC.Game listed the slot Poker Win as a player-versus-player game, so about two months of bets on it earned no rakeback. After the player sent evidence that the game was a slot, the casino included it in rakeback going forward and, by the player's account, offered around 20 free spins worth about 50 PHP. They wanted a full audit and the missing rakeback paid in cash, pointing to a day with over 1.8 million PHP wagered and a weekly reward of 800 PHP.
How It Developed
- 2026-08-05The mediator asked for the rakeback terms and the support chats. The player sent them as private attachments.
- 2026-08-12The mediator asked whether the free spins had been used, and about a brother's account at BC.Game. The player said the spins were used, and that the brother lives elsewhere and they never share devices.
- 2026-08-19The mediator rejected the complaint: BC.Game had corrected the game's status for future rakeback, said past records could not be redone, and the player had accepted and used the goodwill spins instead of refusing them.
Rejected
BC.Game fixed the game's rakeback status going forward, and the player had already accepted free spins as compensation.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Accepting the free spins closed the door. If a casino offers a token gesture for a bigger loss, decline it in writing and keep negotiating; once you use the offer the mediator treats the matter as settled.
