What Happened

A player from Serbia says a week of losing sports bets at Betcoin.ag went smoothly, but the first withdrawal after a few wins hung all day. Support asked for verification, which the player says passed, and the account was blocked straight after. According to the player, Betcoin eventually cited betting abuse but refused to hand over the bet and deposit history, so they cannot even prove what they had put in: about $650 of a $1,100 balance.

How It Developed

• Complaint opened. The mediator asked what was played, which documents were approved and what the casino had said since.
• The player explained it was all sports betting, around 50 bets, with ID and a utility bill approved before the block.
• The mediator closed the case: it has no tools to judge sportsbook disputes, so it could not fairly weigh the casino's internal findings, and stressed this was not a ruling against the player.
