What Happened
A player from Austria says Betcoin.ag closed their account in March 2026 with about €400 inside, shortly after a few winning sports bets, and that live chat and four months of emails went unanswered. They say no verification was ever requested before the block and that they are ready to send documents. They say all funds came from their own deposits, with no bonus.
How It Developed
- 2026-07-09Complaint opened. The mediator asked about verification, how long the player had been active, which products were played and whether a bonus was used.
- 2026-07-09The player answered: no KYC was ever asked for, they played from February 2026 until the closure in March, sports bets only, no bonus.
- 2026-07-16The mediator closed the case, saying that for a sports-only account Casino.guru cannot interpret the casino's investigation and so cannot judge fairly; this did not mean the complaint was unjustified.
Rejected
Casino.guru would not rule on a sports-betting closure; Betcoin.ag did not post in the thread, and the player says about €400 is still held.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing moved: the sports-only balance put the case outside Casino.guru's scope before the casino was ever asked. By the player's account, Betcoin.ag's months of silence are the real problem, and a sportsbook-focused dispute service is the only remaining route.
