What Happened

A player from Japan says they joined Bitcasino.io on 11 June 2026, deposited $500 with a matching second-deposit bonus, and ran the balance up to about $16,000 on slots within two hours before it suddenly dropped back to $500. Support told them it was a duplicate account and a terms breach. The casino ignored the mediator for weeks, then asked to reopen the case and supplied evidence by email; the mediator found it showed coordinated promotional activity and upheld the cancellation of the bonus and its winnings.

How It Developed

  • 2026-06-12Complaint opened after the balance was cut back to the $500 deposit over a duplicate-account claim.
  • 2026-06-16The player told the mediator the account was not blocked and identity checks were done; a week later they put the bonus wagering at about a fifth complete.
  • 2026-07-01A resolver invited Bitcasino.io to explain and share evidence. With no reply after emails and calls, the case was closed as unresolved on 16 July and the player was pointed to the Curaçao regulator.
  • 2026-08-04Bitcasino.io asked for the case to be reopened and was told to prove breaches of its multi-account and promotion rules.
  • 2026-08-17The mediator received evidence, called it inconclusive on its own and asked for more; this back-and-forth ran through September.
  • 2026-09-14The mediator ruled the evidence showed coordinated promotional activity, found the cancellation of the bonus and its winnings justified, and noted the $500 deposit had stayed in the account.
Rejected

After reopening, the mediator accepted Bitcasino.io's evidence of coordinated promotional activity; the bonus winnings stayed cancelled and the $500 deposit was left in the account.

What Has (and Hasn't) Helped

Persistence by the mediator got the casino to the table after an unresolved mark, but the outcome went against the player once the evidence arrived. If a bonus balance is wiped for coordinated promo use, expect the casino's proof to stay confidential; your best move is to show that the deposit, device and payment method are yours alone.
