Crypto Casino Complaints / Bitcasino.io / Confiscated Winnings
None of the 6 cases has ended in the player's favour; 2 were rejected, 3 ended unresolved and 1 ended with the money kept.
6 cases on file, all from 2026, where Bitcasino.io kept or didn't pay a win, from 1,351 USDT to $22,172. Its reason each time was a second, duplicate or linked account, and five of the wins came with a deposit bonus.
In two, the mediator accepted private evidence of connected accounts or coordinated bonus use. In the other four, Bitcasino.io gave no evidence of a link: it never answered the mediator in three and only quoted its terms in the fourth.
Players in three of those four say they had only one account.
