What Happened
A player from Finland says Bitcasino emailed them a 77% deposit bonus, they put in $801, cleared the wagering on 3 July and reached about 8,063 USDT. After passing KYC on 8 July and requesting a withdrawal, the winnings vanished, leaving only the deposit. The player says they have one account and never shared it. Bitcasino said its safety team found the account working with connected accounts to claim the welcome offer more than once, removed 8,275.37 USDT in bonus winnings and barred the player from future promotions.
How It Developed
- 2026-07-10The mediator asked about household accounts, VPNs, shared devices and games. The player said none of those applied, and that only Benny the Beer was played on the bonus.
- 2026-07-17A resolver took over and invited Bitcasino to respond.
- 2026-07-31Bitcasino gave its position, citing terms 8.4 and 8.6, and promised evidence.
- 2026-08-03The mediator said the explanation alone was not enough and listed what it needed: device fingerprints, payment or personal matches, IP records and gameplay patterns.
- 2026-08-06After receiving evidence by email, the mediator found the financial links between the accounts and the matching activity convincing and rejected the complaint.
Rejected
The mediator accepted Bitcasino's private evidence of financial links to connected accounts; 8,073 USDT in bonus winnings stays removed.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing for the player. The mediator did force the casino past a copy-paste answer and demanded hard account-link data, which is the standard you can insist on. Here that data, sent privately, went against the player.
