What Happened
A player from Cyprus says Cloudbet restricted their account on 11 April 2026, about nine months after they joined and right after some winning basketball bets. The casino said a betting integrity review might last as long as six months. According to the player, the account was fully verified, they used just one account and one phone, and about €2,500 or more was left in it.
How It Developed
- 2026-04-11Cloudbet emailed that the account was restricted for an integrity review of up to six months.
- Complaint opened after more than a month without answers. The player asked what was being checked and wanted access to the funds.
- The mediator asked Cloudbet for a full explanation, its evidence and any broken terms, and said these could be sent privately.
- The player denied running a second account and asked for proof or the money. Cloudbet said it had emailed the mediator its security team's findings, which it said show multiple accounts.
- The mediator reviewed the material, found Cloudbet acted within its terms and closed the case. It pointed the player to a regulator or an outside dispute service (ADR).
Rejected
The case was marked resolved, but the mediator found Cloudbet followed its terms after seeing its multi-account findings. Nothing shows the balance was paid.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing worked for the player: the casino's multi-account evidence went to the mediator privately, and the mediator accepted it. If you're accused of having more than one account, ask the casino to name the link it found, such as a device, address or wallet, so you can answer each point.
