Crypto Casino Complaints / Cloudbet / Account Blocked
3 of 16 cases ended in the player's favour; 4 were rejected and 9 ended unresolved.
16 cases on file where Cloudbet locked, froze or closed an account.
The newer ones, filed since late 2025, mostly began with a review Cloudbet said could last up to six months, often called a "betting integrity review", and several players say support sent the same stock reply each time they asked.
Three accounts were reopened or paid out while the complaint was open. In four, Cloudbet said the player had more than one account: one player admitted it, and in the other three the mediator accepted evidence Cloudbet sent privately.
In the newest, a $1,845 balance frozen right after a winning bet, Cloudbet said three accounts shared a payout wallet and a login device.
The six oldest, from 2020 to 2022, are crypto balances frozen during ID checks, up to 360 ETH; none of them shows a payout.
