What Happened
A player from Norway says their first FortuneJack withdrawal was paid, but the next one was stopped for security reasons with no explanation. They list withdrawals on 9 and 13 April and say they heard nothing about them. After weeks without answers by chat or email, they could no longer log in and believe their IP was banned. They want the 1.68 BTC paid to their wallet, saying it was won fairly.
How It Developed
- Complaint opened several weeks after the April withdrawals were halted.
- The player said no email from the casino had arrived. The casino said its representative was just back in the office, was treating the case as a priority and would reply soon.
- The mediator said the casino had shown little will to help and gave it 96 hours to set up a call it had mentioned, or the case would close as unresolved.
- About two years later the complaint was reopened at the player's request for one more try. It is still marked unresolved, and no payout is shown.
Unresolved
The page shows no call arranged and no payout of the 1.68 BTC, even after a reopening.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing worked: the casino promised a reply and a call, but the page shows neither, and a reopening didn't change that. Keep screenshots of pending withdrawals and your balance, as this player did, before access can be cut off.
