What Happened
A player says BC.Game locked their account for good with more than $10,000 inside, after they had passed KYC and received an approval email. The casino told the player they had used banned techniques and that its decision was final. According to the player, it never named the rule or showed proof, and the whole balance was taken, including winnings unrelated to the claim.
How It Developed
- At the end of May, support told the player the lock was permanent. The player says repeated chats and emails asking why got only generic answers.
- Complaint opened. The player asked for a new review, the evidence behind the claim, and the money back if no proof was found.
- BC.Game sent its side to the mediator by private email. The player said the casino spoke of a software exploit, agreed to have any logs made public, and asked to see them.
- After a couple of weeks of talks, the mediator said BC.Game had not given enough valid proof of any rule breach. It closed the complaint as unresolved and pointed the player to the casino's regulator.
Confiscated
The mediator found BC.Game's proof of a rule breach too weak, but the account stays locked with the $10,000 balance.
What Helped
Nothing got the money back. The mediator pressed the casino for proof and found it too weak, but a mediator cannot force a payout. The next step is the casino's licensing regulator: bring the KYC approval email, your account history and every message from the casino.
