What Happened
A player from Spain says Mega Dice paid a first withdrawal of 0.15 BNB, told them their ID was verified, and then closed the account minutes later when they asked for a second payout of around 500. According to the player, their emails were then blocked. The player says the money came from live roulette with no bonus. Mega Dice said the terms had been breached and sent its evidence to the mediator, who found that someone else had taken part in the player's verification.
How It Developed
- 2026-07-12Complaint opened. The mediator asked when the account was created, which documents were checked, what games were played and whether a bonus was involved.
- 2026-07-14The player said the account was only a day or two old, played mainly live roulette, and funded with their own deposit.
- 2026-07-21The resolver invited Mega Dice to explain and to provide proof; a reminder followed a week later.
- 2026-07-31Mega Dice said the player broke its terms and had sent the evidence privately. The same day the mediator rejected the complaint, saying the evidence showed a third party involved in the verification.
Rejected
The mediator saw evidence that someone other than the player took part in the KYC and let the closure stand.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing: the mediator treated third-party involvement in KYC as a serious breach and would not ask for the balance back. Do verification yourself, on your own device, and never let anyone else complete it for you.
