What Happened

A player from the United Kingdom says MyStake permanently closed their account and kept about €460, accusing them of KYC fraud and of using a bonus that, they say, was switched on automatically without their knowledge. The opening post is private. The player says they never used a VPN, sent genuine documents, and only got the same email each time they asked for proof. They wanted at least the deposit back. When the mediator asked for the documents and emails, no reply came.
