What Happened
A sports bettor says MyStake closed their account and opened an investigation after a winning run in early 2026 pushed the balance past $230,000. The player says the account had been fully verified years before, and that a later video check took about a month to clear. According to the player, hundreds of emails brought no payout and no clear reason. They say they broke no rules, and that roughly $50,000 to $60,000 of the balance was their own deposits.
How It Developed
- Complaint opened. The player said the account had been under investigation for about four months, and offered emails, screenshots and a chat log in which an agent said the money was safe.
- The mediator closed the case as unresolved: the casino had set no end date for its investigation, and a long time had passed with no reason given. It said the case could reopen once the review ended.
- About three months later, the complaint was reopened at MyStake's request.
- MyStake said its investigation was finished and the whole balance could be withdrawn, but only up to $7,500 a week and $15,000 a month.
- The mediator asked the player to confirm whether the matter was settled and warned that silence would close it as resolved. No reply from the player appears, and the case is marked resolved.
Resolved
MyStake says its review is over and the full balance can be withdrawn within weekly and monthly limits. The player has not confirmed any payout.
What Helped
Having the case on record helped: once MyStake finished its review, it came back to the mediator and released the balance. Check the casino's withdrawal limits before you plan your cashouts. At $15,000 a month, taking out the full amount would take more than a year, so keep a record of every request.
