What Happened

A player from Sweden says MyStake closed their account and kept winnings made with a bonus, telling them only that sections 9 and 10 of the terms had been broken and that no details could be shared. According to the player, the casino offered their last deposit back minus 20%, but credited 2,107.77 EUR instead of the 2,559.05 EUR they expected from a 3,198.82 EUR deposit, saying the deposit was smaller.
