What Happened
A player from Croatia says that when they tried to withdraw from their fully verified Rollbit account, the casino first accused them of running more than one account and then closed it for alleged abuse. The player says the balance, listed at €1,400, was kept, and that support never showed any evidence or explained the decision.
How It Developed
- 2026-04-30Complaint opened over the closed account and the withheld balance.
- 2026-05-04The mediator asked whether anyone in the household or on the same IP had an account, whether KYC was done, and whether a bonus was active.
- 2026-05-04The player answered that only they ever used the account, device and connection, that KYC was passed and that no bonus was taken.
- 2026-05-11The mediator closed the case without contacting Rollbit, saying it has ignored more than ten earlier complaints and has a No Reaction Policy. It pointed the player to the Curaçao gaming regulator.
Unresolved
Rollbit does not reply to this mediator, so the multi-account and abuse claims were never tested. The casino's side is not on record.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing worked: the mediator did not even ask Rollbit for its side, because the casino ignores its complaints. The route the mediator suggested is a complaint to the licensing regulator in Curaçao. Keep your KYC approval and support chats ready for it.
