What Happened
A player from Norway says Rollbit restricted their account and held a $20,000 balance, accusing them of running more than one account and raising money-laundering concerns. The player denies having other accounts and says they sent every document asked for. According to the player, support warned it could report them to outside authorities.
How It Developed
- 2025-06-13The player told the mediator nobody else at home plays there and the winnings came without a bonus. They said they used a proxy because Norway blocks the site, with the location set to Norway.
- 2025-06-20The player said their profile lists Norway as home and that proof of address had been sent.
- 2025-06-24The case went to a resolver, who asked Rollbit why the account was blocked.
- 2025-07-08Rollbit never replied, even after a 7-day extension. The case closed unresolved, and the player was pointed to the Curaçao regulator.
Unresolved
Rollbit never answered the mediator, so the multi-account claim was never tested. Nothing in the thread shows the $20,000 being released.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing: Rollbit did not take part. Using a proxy or VPN to get round a country block gives a casino an easy reason to hold funds, even if your location is set correctly. Check the casino's country rules before you deposit.
