What Happened
A high-stakes player from Japan says they deposited around $200,000 at Spartans, withdrew about $90,000 without trouble, then put in another $100,000 after turning down a VIP reload offer. They say that once they won a large sum back on max-bet slots, the VIP contact went silent, live chat gave only automated answers and the KYC documents they had sent long before were never approved. They say the withdrawal, listed at 341,700 USDT, was still unpaid more than two weeks after the request. Spartans never answered the mediator.
How It Developed
- 2026-07-03Complaint opened. The mediator first asked the player to wait out the usual 14 days; the player said it had already been over 15.
- 2026-07-16The mediator asked about earlier payouts, KYC status, bonuses and the games played; the player gave a full account the next day and emailed screenshots and betting history.
- 2026-07-21A resolver took over and contacted Spartans outside the thread.
- 2026-07-28The casino had not replied, so its deadline was extended by a week with a warning about an unresolved closure.
- 2026-08-04After repeated attempts to reach the casino failed, the case was closed as unresolved and the player was pointed to the Anjouan ADR provider and regulator.
Unresolved
Spartans never answered the mediator about the 341,700 USDT withdrawal; the player was sent to the Anjouan ADR and regulator.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing worked, because the casino simply did not engage. The next step the mediator gave is the only one left: file with the ADR service the Anjouan licence names, and then with the Anjouan Gaming Authority itself. A sizeable black-point penalty was recorded against the casino's rating.
