What Happened
A player from the UAE says they joined Winna through its VIP Transfer program, which promised a $7,500 reward for wagering $1 million. They say they asked about a deadline and were told there was none. When they were close to the target, the player says, a time limit was added that left them unable to finish.
How It Developed
- Complaint opened over the new time limit.
- The casino said the VIP bonus reached the account on 3 February 2026 with no deadline. On 24 May 2026 it set a 30-day limit for all VIP Transfer bonuses across the site, and it says the player got the full 30 days.
- The player said going from no limit to about 12 days left was a big change. They said VIP deals are agreed one by one and are not in the terms.
- The mediator found the casino had acted within its terms, since the player had enough time to meet the wagering, and closed the case.
Rejected
The mediator found the 30-day limit gave the player enough time, and the $7,500 reward was not paid.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
The mediator accepted that a 30-day window was fair notice. If a VIP deal is agreed in chat, ask for its terms in writing, including any deadline, and check them again whenever the casino changes its rules.
