What Happened
A player listed as being from Norway says a bought bonus round on a Belatra slot at Winna crashed on its last spin on 14 August 2026, when every non-original game on the site went down. They had paid about $35 in pesos for the feature and say the round stood near $170. Support told them the winnings were safe until the game came back, they say, but Belatra never returned to Winna, so the round could not be replayed and neither sum was paid.
How It Developed
- 2026-09-09Complaint opened with screenshots of hosts assuring the player the round would resume.
- 2026-09-10The mediator asked for the bet ID of the bonus purchase, the game history around it and any screenshot of the round in progress.
- 2026-09-11The player said an unfinished round never gets a bet ID or a log entry, so the only proof would be reopening a game that no longer exists.
- 2026-09-17The mediator said nothing showed the $35 had actually left the balance or that the round had started, and rejected the complaint for lack of evidence, inviting a reopen if proof turns up.
Rejected
No record showed the $35 bonus buy was charged or the round had begun, so the mediator could not take it to Winna.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing could be checked: with no bet ID, no log entry and the game gone, there was no way to show the purchase or the unfinished round. If a bought feature crashes, screenshot the balance before and after the buy at once; that is the proof the mediator wanted.
