What Happened
A player from Ireland says they asked BC.Game to block their account because their depositing had got out of control, after being told on 27 April they only needed to wager the deposit once. A week later, they say, the account was permanently blocked with the remaining balance, bonuses and everything else inside, about €120. BC.Game asked whether the player had personally set the 100-year self-ban recorded on the account that day.
How It Developed
- 2026-04-28Complaint opened; the first post is private.
- 2026-04-29The mediator asked why only the deposit should be returned, what the play looked like before and after the exclusion, and for the support messages.
- 2026-05-07The player explained they blocked the account to stop themselves losing more, and felt the permanent block with all funds inside was unfair.
- 2026-05-08BC.Game asked the player to confirm they had set a 100-year ban themselves on 27 April.
- 2026-05-13The mediator asked the player to answer the casino; 7 more days were added on 20 May.
- 2026-05-27The complaint was closed because the player stopped responding. It can be reopened.
Abandoned
The player went quiet when asked to confirm they had set a 100-year self-ban, so the €120 balance question was never settled. It can be reopened.
What Helped
Nothing got settled. The open question was whether the player chose the 100-year ban. If you self-exclude with money still in the account, withdraw it first or ask support in writing how the balance will be handled, because a permanent ban usually freezes everything at once.
