What Happened
A player from Norway says the Popiplay slot Lokum Rush at Yeet showed a 480 dollar win on the last spin of a bonus round, on a 60 cent bet, but the round total came out at 145.30 dollars. After a week of chasing support, they say, the casino passed on the provider's answer: a display bug showed the wrong multiplier, the maths behind it was right, and the credited amount stands. The player disputes that and says support would not even give them a bet ID.
How It Developed
- 2026-07-01Complaint opened with a screenshot the player says still shows the 480 figure behind the final total.
- 2026-07-02The mediator asked for game history with the exact time and any video, and whether play stopped after the incident; the player said they withdrew everything and barely played since.
- 2026-07-02The player explained Yeet only shows the last 20 or so bets and no full history, and that they had emailed the provider directly.
- 2026-07-09The mediator asked the player to request the complete game history from the casino in spreadsheet form by email.
- 2026-07-23No reply came after a 7-day extension, and the case was closed for lack of response. It can be reopened.
Abandoned
The player stopped responding before supplying a full game history; the provider's visual-glitch explanation was never examined.
What Helped
Nothing was settled. The mediator will not take a visual-glitch dispute to a casino without the full game log, and screenshots alone did not count. Email the casino for a complete game history export covering the session, and record your screen when a round pays out oddly.
